The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping malls, and other shops. the spacious rooms are well-maintained, with amenities like AC, a kitchen facility with a microwave and induction plate, and a heater. the staff, including reception, restaurant, and housekeeping, provide excellent service.
The internet connectivity on the first floor is intermittent.

During Christmas, I had a comfortable stay at a hotel which provided spacious rooms and free breakfast. the location was convenient, being close to restaurants and shopping malls. the hotel staff were friendly and provided great service.
The food options were limited and overpriced. I also experienced issues with the internet connectivity on some occasions.

Great balcony views and comfy beds. Close to restaurants and shopping.
Service was lackluster, with long wait times and poor communication from staff. The advertised amenities were not as described, and the overall atmosphere was not as romantic as we had hoped.
